BHU अस्पताल मे बढ़ते हुए डिपार्ट्मन्ट की संख्या ओर बढ़ते हुए मरीजों की संख्या की वजह से अस्पताल मे बहुत भीड़ हो जाती थी जिसकी वजह से उन्हे मैनेज करने मे बहुत कठिनाई होती थी ।जगह की कमी एवम भीड़ को व्यवस्थित न कर पाने के कारण BHU अस्पताल के बगल मे ही साल 2008 मे ट्रामा सेंटर बनाया गया एवम उसके बाद SSH BHU के कुछ विभाग को ट्रामा सेंटर मे शिफ्ट कर दिया गया । अतः SSH , BHU या ट्रामा सेंटर सभी एक ही है ।

ट्रामा सेंटर BHU अस्पताल के ठीक बगल में ही है , लेकिन अस्पताल का गेट एवम बाउंडरी अलग अलग है । दोनों अस्पतालों की बाउंडरी बड़े होने के कारण आपको 1 -2 किलोमीटर की पदयात्रा करनी पड़ सकती है या रिक्शा भी आप कर सकते हैं ।

Due to the increasing number of departments and increasing number of patients in BHU hospital, there used to be a lot of crowd in the hospital due to which it was very difficult to manage them. Due to lack of space and inability to manage the crowd, BHU hospital A trauma center was built next to it in the year 2008 and after that some departments of SSH BHU were shifted to the trauma centre. Hence, SSH, BHU or Trauma Center are all the same.

The Trauma Center is right next to BHU Hospital, but the gate and boundary of the hospital are separate. Due to the large boundaries of both the hospitals, you may have to walk 1-2 kilometers on foot or you can also take a rickshaw.

फॉर्म को भरने के कुछ देर बाद आपसे कान्टैक्ट किया जाएगा ।
आपको अच्छे डॉक्टर भी सग्जेस्ट किए जाएंगे आपसे कान्टैक्ट करके ।
कोई ओर समस्या हो तो आप हमसे डिस्कस कर सकते हैं ।

ऑनलाइन अपपोइनटमेंट के प्रोसेस

ऑनलाइन अपपोइनटमेंट बुक करते ही आपको तुरंत एक रिसेप्ट /पर्ची आपको मिल गई होगी , जोकि दिए गए ईमेल आइडी पर भी आपको BHU द्वारा भेज डी गई होगी । इस पर्ची का प्रीन्टाउट ले लीजिए ।
आपके इस अनलाइन पर्ची पर आगे के प्रोसेस नहीं होंगे पर यह प्रमाण रहेगा की आपने अनलाइन अपपोइनटमेंट कराया है ।
अपपोइनटमेंट वाले दिन बी0 एच0 यू0 मे मरीज की एक ऑफलाइन पर्ची स्वयं ही काट डी जाती है ।
अपपोइनटमेंट बुक वाले दिन आप BHU अस्पताल पहुचें । दिए गए स्लॉट टाइम के अंदर या उससे पहले ही BHU पहुच जायें ।
डैरेक्ट डॉक्टर के केबिन मे न जाकर एक बार आप कमरा नंबर 101 मे जाकर अपनी पर्ची दिखा कर यह सुनिश्चित कर लेन की आपकी डॉक्टर के केबिन में भेज दी गई है , या नहीं ।
हालांकि ज्यादातर चांस है की आपकी पर्ची डॉक्टर के केबिन तक भेज दी जाती है । और आपको दिए गए स्लॉट मे ही डॉक्टर मरीज को देख लेते हैं ।
अगर आपकी पर्ची डॉक्टर के केबिन मे भेज दी गई है , अगर हाँ तो अपने मरीज को सीधा डॉक्टर के केबिन के पास ले जाएं ओर अपने नाम के अनाउन्स्मेन्ट का इंतेजार करें । जैसे ही आपका नाम बोल जाए तो मरीज को आप दिखा सकते है ।
अगर आपकी पर्ची को वो लोग नहीं भेजे हैं तो आपको वो लोग पर्ची आपके हाथ मे पकड़ा देंगे । आप उस पर्ची को लेकर स्वयं ही डॉक्टर के कबीन के पास जाकर वहाँ खड़े गार्ड के पास जमा कर दें ,और जैसे ही नाम से बुलाया जाय आप मरीज को दिखा पाएंगे
किसी भी तरह की जांच अगर डॉक्टर द्वारा लिखा जाता है तो अस्पताल मे ही जांच की व्यवस्था बहुत कम दाम मे उपलब्ध है ।

As soon as you book your appointment online, you will immediately get a receipt/slip, which will also be sent to you by BHU on the given email ID. Take a printout of this slip.
There will be no further processing on your online slip but it will remain a proof that you have made an online appointment.
On the day of appointment, an offline slip of the patient is automatically cut in BHU.
You should reach BHU hospital on the day of booked appointment. Reach BHU within the given slot time.
Instead of going directly to the doctor's cabin, once you go to room number 101, show your slip and ensure whether your lane has been sent to the doctor's cabin or not.
However, most of the chances are that your prescription is sent to the doctor's cabin. And the doctor sees the patient only in the slot given to you.
If your slip has been sent to the doctor's cabin, if yes then take your patient directly to the doctor's cabin and wait for the announcement of your name. As soon as your name is spoken, you can show it to the patient.
If those people have not sent your slip then they will hand over the slip to you. You yourself go to the doctor's office with that slip and submit it to the guard standing there, and as soon as you are called by name, you will be able to see the patient.
If any kind of test is prescribed by the doctor, then the system of test is available in the hospital itself at a very low cost.

ऑफलाइन अपपोइनटमेंट प्रोसेस -OFFLINE APPOINTMENT

ऑफलाइन अपपोइनटमेंट लेने के लिए जितनी जल्दी आप BHU अस्पताल पहुच सकते हैं पहुच जाएं । अगर एक ठीक समय बताऊँ तो आप एक दिन पहले रात मे 9-10 बजे तक पहुच जाएं ।
अस्पताल मे पहुचकर लाइन में लग जाएं , वहाँ पहले से ही लाइन लागि होगी ।
लाइन से बाहर न निकलें अगर निकालना हो तो किसी को लाइन खड़ा करके ही निकलें ।
सुबह 8 बजे पर्ची कटना शुरू होता है । लाइन मे लगे रहें ओर अपना नंबर आने पर 30 रुपये देकर पर्ची कटवा लीजिए ।
उस पर्ची को लेकर डॉक्टर के कैबिन के पास ले जाकर गार्ड को जमा कर दें अब आप अपने नंबर के आने का इंतज़ार करें ।
जब आपको बुलाया जाए तो जाकर मरीज को आप दिखा सकते हैं । इस दौरान आपको 4-6 घंटे लग जाते हैं ।

To take an offline appointment, reach BHU hospital as soon as you can. If I tell you an exact time, you should reach the day before by 9-10 pm.

·       खुद से ही अगर अपपोइनटमेंट बुक करना चाहते हैं तो विडिओ को देखिए ओर कुछ बातों का ध्यान दीजिए ।
·       कम नेटवर्क वाले जगह से बिल्कुल नहीं बुक करना चाहिए ।
·       1 बार से ज्यादा बार अपपोइनटमेंट बुक करने से आपके बुक किए गए अपपोइनटमेंट को रद्द किया जा सकता है ।
·       अगर डिपार्ट्मन्ट समझ नहीं आरहा हो तो कृपया खुद से अपपोइटमेंट बुक न करें , अन्यथा मरीज का गलत अपपोइनटमेंट बुक हो जाएगा ।
·       खुद से करने पर आपको 30 रुपये देने होते हैं , लेकिन ध्यान रहे किसी भी तरह की दिक्कत आने पर पैसे कट जाते हैं ओर अपपोइनटमेंट बुक नहीं होता है वो किसी भी तरह की समस्या हो सकती है , जैसे नेटवर्क स्लो होना , वेबसाईट का डाउन होना , सर्वर मे प्रॉब्लेम होना । तो अगर किसी भी तरह की दिक्कत लगती है तो खुद से अपपोइनटमेंट न करें बुक ।

·       If you do it yourself, you have to pay Rs 30, but keep in mind that if any kind of problem arises, the money will be deducted and the appointment is not booked, it can be any kind of problem, like slow network, website down.
